1. Eligibility
The 500 Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and promotional partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children), are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs in recurring monthly drawing cycles. Each monthly entry period begins on the first calendar day of the month at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on the last calendar day of the month at 11:59:59 PM ET.
4. How to Enter
Online entry: Complete the entry form at 500sweepstakes.com and confirm your contact details. Limit one (1) primary entry per person and per email address in any 24-hour period.
Optional questionnaire and bonus entries: After registering, entrants may answer optional questions to earn up to ten (10) bonus entries per day. Answering the questions, or accepting any sponsored offer, is not required to enter or to win.
Alternate method of entry: Mail-in entry instructions and postal address, if applicable
5. Prize
One (1) prize of $500.00 USD is awarded each month to one verified winner. The prize is paid as a prepaid card, check or electronic transfer, at the Sponsor’s discretion. Approximate retail value of each monthly prize: $500.00 USD. Prizes are non-transferable, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
The potential winner is selected in a random drawing held on or about the fifth business day after the end of each monthly entry period, from all eligible entries received during that period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner is notified using the email address and/or telephone number provided at entry, and must respond within seven (7) business days to confirm identity, eligibility and delivery details. If a potential winner does not respond in time, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Conditions & Release
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its administrators, affiliates and representatives from any liability, claim or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of governing state, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
